Q: What is expected of me to ensure success in the program?

A: You are open and coachable. Review the training at your own pace, implement the strategies, and bring your questions to the calls.
Q: How will I get the individualized information I need for my specific job search in a group setting?

A: First of all, everyone will have the opportunity to ask me questions on the calls. You also see what others are doing and how they're being coached. So many clients have told me they learn from others’ questions that they wouldn’t have thought to ask. This gives additional strategies for problems that might come up for you in the future - and you can see ahead of time how to correct those problems. The second benefit past group coaching clients have reported is that you walk away with an excellent job search network; a tight-knit group of like-minded professionals who support one another on the job search journey and beyond.
Q: How many people are on the calls?

A: The calls may have up to 10 participants. The group size is capped to ensure everyone gets individualized attention. If needed, I will extend the call time to address everyone's questions and concerns.
Q: What if I can't attend the live calls?

A: If you can't attend the live calls, don't worry. You can watch the recordings at your convenience.
Q: What are typical results from the program?

A: Seventy-five percent of my coaching clients who implement the plan consistently land a new job within 90 days with one in three landing in under eight weeks. Clients are typically engaged with target companies within the 1st three weeks and landing interviews consistently. Get ready to land your next opportunity!
Q: What if I want confidential one-on-one support?

Q: What happens after the required two-month membership period?

A: Once you've fulfilled the initial two-month commitment, you decide! As a monthly membership, you may continue to attend the weekly calls for ongoing support and accountability until you land your new role. Additional months will be billed at the regular monthly rate of $497 until you cancel.
Q: Will I have access to the tools and call recordings after I cancel?

A: If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the toolbox and call recordings at the end of your current billing period. Access is only available to active, paying members.
Q: How do I cancel?

A: To cancel your membership, please email me at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
